Terms of Service

The Service provides digital driver walkaround check forms, defect reporting, incident reporting and compliance record keeping for fleet operators and their drivers across HGV, PSV, LGV and forklift categories.

The Service is a record-keeping tool. It does not replace your legal obligations, your own maintenance and inspection regimes, or the professional judgement of a driver or transport manager. A check recorded in the app is not a substitute for taking a vehicle off the road when it is unsafe.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Company administrators are responsible for the drivers, vehicles, trailers and containers they add to their company account, and for the people they invite.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Company subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout and may change with reasonable notice.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved.

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or incomplete check or incident records;
• upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful or harmful;
• attempt to access another company's records, probe or disrupt the Service, or bypass security controls;
• use the Service in a way that breaches road traffic, health and safety, or data protection law.

You keep ownership of the records and images you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display that content so we can provide the Service to you and your company account. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share any personal information about other people that you include in an incident or defect report.

Health awareness checks are for general awareness only. They are not a medical assessment, diagnosis or fitness-for-work determination, and they must not be relied on as one. If you have a concern about your health or fitness to drive, seek advice from a qualified medical professional.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce functionality you rely on. Planned maintenance is carried out where possible outside normal operating hours.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from a vehicle being used when it was not fit for purpose. Our total liability in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or where payment fails. On termination we will retain records only as long as set out in our Privacy Policy.
